About Department:

        The Music department was established in 2001 and P. G. Department was started in 2010. There are 2 faculty members working this department, the contribution of all faculty members is important in the development of the department. Various instruments are available in the department. The seminar, workshop and study tour are also arranged by the department. Various activities like Lek Mazi Abhiyan, Musical Drama, Youth Festival, classical and semi classical vocal and instrumental and dance competition, musical demonstration lectures are taken by the department.

Objectives:

To promote and develop Musical awareness and value of rich musical terms.

To provide skill to the various musical styles.

To increase the awareness among the students about Musical Various Festivals.

To develop an ability to apply Musical knowledge and skill in everyday life.
